This notice explains how Build Back Better Initiative (3Bi) handles information submitted through this website.
Contact information and messages
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide your organization, inquiry type and subject. We use these details to receive, review and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information in your message.
The form sends your details by email to the site’s configured contact recipient. To display validation feedback, the theme may temporarily store submitted fields and feedback in WordPress with a five-minute expiry. It deletes this state when the result page is read; expired entries may remain until scheduled cleanup. Redirect URLs contain a random reference token, rather than your submitted details. Copies may remain in the receiving mailbox and in systems used to deliver email. Access and retention depend on those systems and the handling of your inquiry; contact us to ask about a particular message or request deletion.
Security and service providers
To limit repeated submissions, the form temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address, rather than the raw address, with a one-minute expiry. Expired entries are removed by scheduled cleanup, which may run later. Website hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to operate those services and may keep operational logs.
Cookies, accounts and external services
WordPress uses cookies when authorized editors sign in. The theme chooses the public site’s language from its URL, without a language cookie. If you follow an external application, newsletter, social media or other link, the external service’s privacy terms apply. Embedded third-party content, where present, may also process information under its provider’s terms.
Questions and requests
Use the contact details on our Contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Tell us enough to identify the inquiry concerned without sending unnecessary personal information. This notice may be updated as the website changes.

بيانات التواصل والرسائل

الأمان ومزودو الخدمات
للحد من الإرسال المتكرر، يحفظ النموذج مؤقتاً تجزئة بمفتاح مشتقة من عنوان IP بدلاً من العنوان الأصلي، بمدة صلاحية دقيقة واحدة. تُحذف السجلات المنتهية بالتنظيف المجدول الذي قد يعمل لاحقاً. يعالج مزودو الاستضافة وتوصيل البريد المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل خدماتهم وقد يحتفظون بسجلات تشغيلية.
ملفات الارتباط والحسابات والخدمات الخارجية
يستخدم ووردبريس ملفات ارتباط عند تسجيل دخول المحررين المخولين. يحدد القالب لغة الموقع العام من الرابط دون ملف ارتباط للغة. عند اتباع رابط خارجي للتقديم أو النشرة البريدية أو شبكات التواصل أو غيرها، تسري شروط خصوصية الخدمة الخارجية. وقد يعالج المحتوى المضمّن من جهات خارجية، إن وُجد، معلومات وفقاً لشروط مزوده.
الاستفسارات والطلبات
استخدم بيانات التواصل في صفحة التواصل للاستفسار عن معلوماتك أو طلب الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. قدم ما يكفي لتحديد الاستفسار المعني دون إرسال بيانات شخصية غير ضرورية. قد نحدث هذا الإشعار مع تغير الموقع.
