Biography
Eadam is the Founder & President Emeritus of the Build Back Better Initiative (3Bi). Having stepped back from day-to-day leadership, he remains closely engaged in steering the Think-Tank’s research agenda, examining how environmental stress, resource scarcity, displacement, and armed mobilization intersect across Sudan and the wider Horn of Africa. Under his stewardship, 3Bi has built an evidence base grounded in Sudanese and African perspectives, working to ensure that research on the region’s most pressing crises is produced with the communities it concerns, not merely about them.
